We reached out to GoTech when our dishwasher started making grinding noises while draining. John arrived promptly—within the first few minutes of the time window he gave us—and even called 10 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way. At one point, he explained that the repair could go in one of two directions and clearly outlined both scenarios, including the costs, and asked for our approval before proceeding. Even when the dishwasher leaked a bit, he thoroughly cleaned everything—including dust and buildup beneath the unit that had collected over the years.
John also walked us through what we might expect down the road, given the dishwasher’s age (over 25 years), but never tried to upsell or pressure us. He left our appliance clean and working like new. We were genuinely impressed and would absolutely reach out again if we need help in the future.
