Appliance Repair Devon

I had a washing machine that was having issues. I had previously contacted another company, who took 1.5 hours to diagnose the problem and then inform me that it could not be fixed until late December, and with a smirk, I was handed a quote for the job. I happened to come across this company quite by chance. I booked an appointment time and was sent a text previous to the arrival time to confirm. The technician, John, was amazing. He arrived on time and was extremely conscientious about donning gloves and a mask for safety. I left him to find the problem, but in less than 5 minutes he had a diagnosis. He showed me how to access the error codes on my machine and then continued to explain what the problem was. He had the machine fixed in less than an hour. I was extremely impressed. When chatting, I discovered that he also repairs Samsung appliances. I have called so many companies that refuse to repair these. Again, in very little time, John diagnosed and explained the problem. He not only fixed my fridge but took out all of the food, cleaned out the water from inside, replaced the food, and vacuumed the entire area. The cost of fixing both my washer and my fridge was less than the quote I received from the other company to repair only my washer. The service, expertise, and value are outstanding. I am so happy, I found this company and would highly recommend them.

Our refrigerator was warming up quickly and of course it was 5:00 PM. I called GoTech and they had John on his way and at our house before 7:00. John was fantastic. He explained how the refrigerator works, and what he believes the problem may be. He stayed until the job was done and even offered to help us put our shelves back in etc. I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely use them again in the future.

These guys were great! Quick service upon booking. They were courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and we really appreciated the Covid-19 precautions. This business card is a keeper for future repairs.!

We had the water dispenser repaired on our fridge the other day, and the service was outstanding. Sarah was patient in making sure that she was quoting me the correct price on the part that was to be fixed (she asked for photos to be accurate), and explaining that the repair date had to be delayed due to the holiday so the tech could pick up the part (if not for the holiday the tech would have been there that afternoon). David was an efficient, and polite professional, explaining everything, and carrying on conversation throughout it all. There were no billing surprises, and the work completed was top notch. Highly recommend them, and will call them again if I need another repair.
