John came out to fix our fridge today, replacing the fan. He was extremely knowledgeable and priced very reasonably. He was kind and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get a part, and came right back to repair it. We paid him when the repair was complete. He never asked us for any money prior to the completion of the repair and gave us a reasonable quote to repair it. There is a 90-day warranty on the part. John is awesome and definitely believes in awesome customer service. We will use him and recommend him for appliance repair.

Had the water dispenser on our fridge repaired recently, and the service was spot on! Sarah made sure everything was right before moving ahead—she even asked for pictures to ensure we had the right part and gave me a heads-up that the holiday would cause a small delay. Otherwise, they would’ve come out that same day. David showed up, super friendly and professional, and walked me through the whole repair process. No surprise costs, just great service and excellent work. I’ll definitely be calling them again if anything else comes up.
